 With a solid educational background (BA, MS, MBA), extensive leadership and life experience, I am passionate about helping others achieve their full potential. In my professional and personal interactions with others, I focus on creating growth opportunities so individuals feel welcomed and empowered to embrace new challenges.  

Family is the heart of who we are, offering love, unwavering support, and a deep sense of belonging. It’s where we first learn kindness, grace, honesty, and resilience—life lessons that shape our character and guide us throughout life. Families celebrate our joys, lift us in tough times, and create cherished memories that become a part of us. They are our first role models, teaching us how to love, communicate, and grow. Through these bonds, we find strength and comfort. Family is the foundation that nurtures us and connects us to others.
